All Sales Are Final. If your item has a quality issue you can exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please email us at info@eightyfour.com with photos and a description of what is wrong with the product and we will replace it, and cover the shipping cost.
Once the proposed exchange is reviewed and the process is complete, you will be emailed a return label. We will happily exchange your item.
